How we started


After 25 years as a flight attendant I retired and thought what else can I do, that I love?  Baking was always a passion of mine and everyone loved when I baked my cupcakes. I baked cupcakes because I really disliked the store bought ones with all that frosting that could sit on the shelves for days if not weeks. Then having to take the flavors that were already made, didn't sit well with me either.  So, I came up with my own recipe for a better frosting, I hatched a plan for my own commercial kitchen.  After almost a year in the planning stage and building my business it is finally a reality.

I have a commercial Kitchen in my home and a Health Food license for Retail Food production from Mesa County in Grand Junction, CO. I currently only take orders for cupcakes and cakes.
